Herlindo Garcia And His Family Decide To Open Up A Tortilla Store , They Start Manufacturing Their Own Tortillas Not To Far Away in a Warehouse , and Start Selling Them In Their Hometown Of Fellsmere in 1998 , During That Time , Fellsmere Population was Just A Mere 2,000 Residents and From There They Expand into Meat Market and Other Essentials and Finally Opening a Restaurant in 2002 , and Ever Since Has Been Feeding the Residents of the County, Today Its Run by one of the Sons , James Garcia , Who till Today Still Runs it Daily
